Seriously, I loved all the movies she's been in (Life in Ruins was spectacular and My Big Fat Greek Wedding? wonderful!), and this looks sooooo good. It comes out on Friday?? Where have I been??

I would be remiss if I didn't mention on LJ that I got into grad school. I know I talked about it a lot back in the day when I was applying. So yeah, good.

So yeah, other stuff happened yesterday that kept me from posting this earlier. Now I'm writing and listening to Michelle Branch, finding "Breathe" oddly comforting. *sigh*

So yeah, I'm off to write some more.

EDIT: Those requested drabbles should be next, after I finish my Dog Days of Summer fic.

Okay, so I admit, I had ulterior motives for making these. The fact that they're all of Ria Torres - well, that's her character's name, the actress' name is Monica Redmund, and I think of her mainly as Lt. Chase Marks - says it all. I finally have Chase icons! *grin*

All of these are snaggable with a few exceptions. Any icons with a mention of Chase, who is my character, please do not snag. Everything else is fair game.

Okay, so I borrowed season 5 of Voyager from my father and went cap happy with it. There are 69 icons from that season. Nat, sorry there aren't a lot of B'Elanna/Janeway ones, season 5 is a hard season to find those moments, but there are a few! *grin* After I capped Voyager, I found that I wanted to icon Buffy, too, for I only have one Willow/Tara icon (points) and desperately want more. All Buffy icons are from season 6, since I really wanted lots of Willow and Tara kissing, apparently. *big grin*

Well, Sina asked for something catlike, so I settled on pictures of me and the elfkitty's cats. I really enjoyed making these, I'll have to do it again sometime. I hope you all like them.

My cousin asked for some Willow icons, and I went massively cap-happy. And I skipped over a ton of caps in order to make 100 icons! Sheesh ... I was going to make some quote icons, too, but I think I'll leave it up to her to put text on whichever one she'd like. There are a few I put text on, but I gave up after just those few. A few days ago I had capped this episode and then Katy came and I forgot all about them. So as the elfkitty, Katy and I sat down to watch the finale of Sarah Conner Chronicles tonight (WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED????), elfkitty took out her laptop to work on icons. I suddenly remembered that I had capped this episode and so I joined her in the icon making. *grin*

And I couldn't help making one for ireth_e because she is so kind and generous in making icons for others. And I know she loves Jack.
